The average daily production volume is 60 tons, with a total monthly output exceeding 2,000 tons of finished products. The production facility operates three modern automated lines that produce both frozen raw semi-finished goods and ready-to-eat products.

According to the buyer’s needs.

The shelf life of the products at minus 18 °C is 360 days. After baking, up to 48 hours.

The shelf life of products requiring defrosting at temperatures from 0 to 25 °C ranges from 24 hours to 30 days, depending on the product and its packaging.

The company’s food safety management system is certified according to the international FSSC 22000, v.6.0 certification scheme.

To EU countries, the products are transported by refrigerated truck at a temperature of minus 18 °C.

To the USA, products are transported by refrigerated truck at minus 18 °C to a port in the EU, then transferred into a container maintained at minus 18 °C and shipped by sea to a port in the USA. Alternatively, products can be loaded directly into a refrigerated container, transported to the EU port, and then shipped by sea to the USA.

The payment terms are as follows:

  1. 100% prepayment.
  2. Partial prepayment.
  3. Payment upon delivery of the products.
  4. Deferred payment.

For import into the EU, a Health Certificate for products of animal or non-animal origin is required. We obtain this certificate for each shipment.

The minimum production lead time for an order is 15 business days.
